Our Workmanship Warranty
Bright Spark Electric provides a 2‑year workmanship warranty on all labor we perform. This warranty covers defects in the installation or repair work completed by our licensed electricians. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within two years from the date of service, we will return and correct it at no additional cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranties
All parts, fixtures, and equipment we install are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by product and brand. We will provide you with warranty documentation for major items installed (panels, breakers, surge protectors, EV chargers, etc.). In case of a manufacturer defect, we will assist you in processing the warranty claim and, if needed, handle the replacement labor at a reduced rate (or as covered by the manufacturer).
What Is Covered
- Loose connections or faulty installation of outlets, switches, and fixtures.
- Improperly secured electrical panels or sub‑panels.
- Defective wiring that we installed.
- Work that does not pass a subsequent code inspection due to our installation error.
- Premature failure of components installed by us, provided the failure is due to our workmanship (and not misuse).
What Is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper operation of electrical systems.
- Acts of nature such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, or storms.
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Bright Spark Electric after our work is complete.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Issues with pre‑existing wiring or equipment not installed or upgraded by us.
- Failure to follow our maintenance recommendations or safety instructions.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered:

- Provide your original service date, a description of the problem, and your contact information.
- We will review your claim and schedule an inspection within 2 business days.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we will perform the repair at no charge for labor. If the issue is not covered, we will provide an upfront quote before any work proceeds.
Transferability
Our workmanship warranty is transferable to a new homeowner if you sell your property within the 2‑year coverage period. Please notify us in writing with the new owner's information, and we will update our records.
Our Guarantee
Beyond the formal warranty, we simply guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please let us know, and we will do everything reasonable to make it right. We have built our reputation on trust and quality, and we intend to keep it that way.
